College eduction in computer science mandatory, Master’s degree and fluency in French an asset. You have at least 5 yearS of development experience with Windev tool applied to management applications only (financial, procurement, inventory management etc).

You will support the CEO, and all department directors in their day to day operations. The switchboard of various companies, travel organization, as well as a variety of clerical tasks will be under your responsibility.Educated to College level with a concentration in business administration, your French is fluent, other languages an asset. You have at least a 5 year experience in an international environment at a similar position. Experience within a software house is preferred.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / HOTLINER

Full time job based in Monaco

Within our knowledge center, reporting to the Support Manager, you will integrate a 2 people team. You will be responsible for the level 1 hotline service. You will be a representative of our customer service department, as such you will have to perform analysis of assistance requests and implement a strategy in order to offer a fast answer to our client base.

Native English, educated to College level with a concentration in computer science your French is fluent, other languages an asset. You have at least 5 year of development experience with management applications maintenance. Windows/Network and Windev knowledge mandatory.
